SHIPPING POLICY

Due to order volume, please expect shipping delays of up to 5 business days. Our team is working safely and as quickly as possible to get you your order shipped.

Typically, orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We also use UPS for both domestic and Internationals shipments. We will use other shipping carriers should the need arise and /or by the customer’s request.

Standard/Ground Order Processing: Allow 1-2 business days minimum (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

US PO Box Shipping: PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only Standard shipping method. UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.
CANADA PO BOX Shipping: We are unable to service PO Boxes at the moment. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.
Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse.
Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable at this time.

If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire.
This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.

RETURN POLICY

CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS are paid up front. NO refunds will be given on custom printed items once production/printing as started. Custom printed items are specific to each customer order and cannot be reclaimed or reused in any of our processes once started. Please review proofs and approve with due diligence. Once proofs are approved and the job is paid will it go into production. Approve your proofs with 100% certainty.

Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from OPTIONSTUDIOS.COM/PULLUPCORDS.COM

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date purchased.

Merchandise must be in original condition.

Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
REQUEST A RETURN LABEL
For all customers, return shipping labels are $5.95 (US orders only). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Email us with your return request and provide your order date and why you are returning the item(s)

Include a detailed list of items to be returned.

We will email you with a return label that you can print and track online.

Repackage your item(s) securely.

Drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.
Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.
TRACKING YOUR RETURN
You will be notified via email throughout your package journey with a tracking number and once your refund has been processed.
